I decided to decorate a pair of boots I was going to turn into a flower planter - now I'm not sure if I want to do that or save them for Tobias! I think they turned out cute. The frog is a pattern from
www.myscrapchick.com and it's the Rainy Frog I believe is his name. He's so cute! I used oracal 651 vinyl. I am debating taking the Puddle Jumper off and doing it in the same blue that's on the umbrella...it's a little hard to see.
