I have not fallen from the face of the earth! This past weekend I decided to dig out my family tree collection of notes. Oh the fun and headaches I've endured. I learned that my great many times over grandfather was in the Revolutionary War. I've learned that my great great uncle was killed in WW2. I've learned that I had uncles in the Civil War and that I most likely had a grandfather in the Civil War...but he's still a mystery to me. At any rate, I found a picture of "thee" Zadoc in the "Canterbury Home". When I first started this so long ago I fell in love with that name. Hence the reason Tobias is Tobias Zadoc. And here...is a little piece of history...from the Mid 1800's!

Holy cow girl, that's quite a photo! I have a couple of old ones that are my mom's. I wouldn't trade them for anything. What a joy to have all that history behind you. I have reletives in both the revolution and the cival war. Isn't it amazing when you find something like that!
